This comprehensive program offers a structured and in-depth exploration of yoga, combining both traditional and contemporary elements. It encompasses the traditional Hot Yoga Sequence and three Classical Salutations, which are time-honored sequences that serve as a foundation for a holistic practice. In addition, the program includes Antirheumatic Movements and Asana specifically designed to promote joint health and enhance students' strength and flexibility.
A key focus of the program is to equip student teachers with the necessary skills to instruct and guide practitioners at all levels. This includes teaching the fundamentals, dialogue driven classes, as well as developing the ability to create well-rounded and engaging Vinyasa Classes. The emphasis is on formulating informative sequences while offering appropriately challenging variations and poses to cater to diverse practitioners.

3 Week Immersion Module
Monday-Friday : 7am-5:30pm
Saturdays and Sundays : 8am-12pm
Sample Schedule (weekday):
- 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Hot Yoga Practice.
- 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Teaching Practicum/Posture Mechanics.
- 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch Break.
- 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Philosophy/Lecture Modules.
- 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Hot Yoga Practice.
- 530 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner.
- 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Review/Closing Practices.
*The daily schedule will be posted and follow this basic structure most weekends. Schedule is subject to variation.

- Dialogue Teaching: Study Methods, Queing and Dialogue Driven Yoga Class
- Teaching Practicum: Practice teaching and receive feedback.
- Posture Mechanics: Learn alignment and adjustments and modifications.
- Beginner Pranayama: Explore foundational breathwork techniques.
- Surya Namaskar + Sun A & B: Understand traditional sun salutations.
- Standing Poses: Study standing poses and effective sequencing.
- Separate Leg Poses: Focus on hip and leg-opening poses.
- Warming Up + Antirheumatics + Blockage Removing Asana: Learn sequences for warming up and energy flow.
- Side Body: Explore lateral movements.
- Front Body and Back Body: Strengthen and stretch the front and back of the body.
- Meditative Asana: Guide students into introspection and meditation.
- Long Holds: Experience extended pose holds.
- Savasana and Relaxation: Teach deep relaxation techniques.
- Heat: Understand the effects and benefits of heat in Vinyasa.
- Elements of Structuring a Complete Class: Design well-rounded Vinyasa classes.
- Mat Demonstration: Online and In Person.
- Comparative Yoga Studies: Learn about yoga philosophy, history, and styles.
- Practice & Teach Traditional Hot Yoga (26 & 2) 60 & 90 minute classes + Hot Vinyasa 60 minute classes and leave with the tools to explore and build around a core routine practitioners LOVE!
